What do you miss most about being a kid?

I miss believing in things. You know, the Easter bunny, tooth fairy, Santa clause. Holidays were funner when I did. I remember waking up at 6 in the morning, running down the stairs and just staring at the pile of presents from Santa. And I would wait there patiently until Mom and Dad woke up, (God forbid I start opening presents before they woke up) and that could take FOREVER! Now, I just sleep in. I don't really care. I mean, I do. How can you not!? I have little siblings, so I try my best to be just as crazy as they are on Christmas, but come on people. They're 9 and 10 and I'm 15. Don't think I can get THAT crazy anymore. *sigh*

PMS Emotions much?

Am I really just another pawn in your little game? Just another girl that you like to mess up? Is it really true that you like to ruin girls emotions? Make them feel great about themselves one moment and horrible the next? Is that really true? Do you really like to stare at girls to make them feel like there's a glimmer of hope, and then for them to only realize that you had turned your back? That you don't even care?
Fine. Go right ahead. Ruin your life by smoking pot, I don't even care anymore.

Hmm. well, I hit the snooze button at least twice. Then I stay in bed for a few minutes because its soo cold out. (Since we have a woodstove, it doesn't keep the house warm all night) Then when I do get up, I turn on my straightner (sometimes, depends whether or not I feel like it) then I run downstairs and made some breakfast. Whether it be some waffles, bagels, toast or poptarts. Then I run upstairs, put on a cd, and start my hair, while eating breakfast. Then, when I'm done, I throw on some clothes. Brush my teeth, maybe put on some makeup. Throw on socks, and sneakers. Shut cd off. Run downstairs, grab a drink, grab lunch money. Grab cell phone. Throw bag over shoulder, and run out the door to catch the bus at 6:30. Once I'm on the bus, I usually fall asleep.

Valentine's Day: love it or hate it?

View 500 Answers

Hate it. I really do. Except for when I was a kid in grade school, when we had all of those parties and everyone got candy. But now that I'm older, I hate it. I find it a very pointless holdiay. I really think it is.

Almost everyone coins or uses expressions that make sense to only a few people. What word or phrase do you use most often that you have to explain the meaning of to others?

DSL
My friend made it up last year. She is obsessed with Daniel Radcliffe.
D= Dan
S=Sexy
L=Lips.
Haha, and we use it all the time, and people think we're talking about Verizon, like the internet DSL. yeah, because everyone loves to talk about that kind of DSL.

Have you ever stolen something and gotten away with it? Did you feel guilty about it later?

View 501 Answers

Haha, so before Christmas break, I was in line with one of my friends to get some pizza during school lunch. They ran out of pepperoni pizza. I was so upset. I put my tray back, and started to head back to my table. Then I realized I still had my milk in my hand. The school is missing 50 cents. XD
Do I feel guilty about it? No. It was milk. No one's gonna miss it.
But sometimes, when I don't feel like getting a real lunch, I get some snack type thing. On the wall, by the cash register, there's a sign that says: "STOP! Stealing gets 3 days of suspension." or something like that. Everytime I see that sign, I can't help but to laugh. Getting suspended for stealing milk. LMAO

School has been so suckish lately!
Since Finals are coming up, so all my teachers have been freaking out. We're supposed to have learned so much more than what we have now, but since we missed about a month of school, we're so far behind.
My bio and Math finals are going to be on the last day of January. My English and Art finals are going to be the first Monday we have back in Feb. Which doesn't make any sense. Wouldn't it just be easier to have the Finals on Thursday and Friday, to get it over with? Instead of having one on Friday, and then having us dread about the other two over the weekend? Good thing about this though, is that we have half days on Finals. We only go to school for the Final.

So for Christmas I got these crazy shoes. They're crazy colors. Like neon colors and you can see them from down the hallway. I also got this zebra cardigan. So I stand out, a lot.
I love to stand out. Be an individual, and not a Aberzombie or Hater.
Its WICKED funny to watch people stop halfway through their conversation and  just watch me walk by. Like they've never seen someone where colors before. It's pretty funny.

More like EXTREMELY FUNNY!! I chuckle when I walk by.

So, 2009 is upon us. Oh jeez, that came fast. But man am I glad that 2008 is over. Such a hectic year.
For once, I made a new years resolution. I'm going to show people the real me, and not just what they want to see. If they don't like me for the real me, screw them.
And study. A LOT!! Especially since we're going back to school Monday, and we haven't been in school for about 3 weeks. Its going to be chaotic. And we have FINALS coming up at the end of the month, or the beginning of Feb, I'm not sure. Either way, I'M SCREWED!!!
Well, I hope everyone had a nice New Years!

Living in New England, you expect the weather to be messed up, that's a risk you take living here. One day it could be sunny and 50 degrees, the next, a blizzard and below freezing. What I didn't expect was the ICE STORM OF THE CENTURY!!!!!
Ligit, on the news, the weather guy was like, "Theres an ice storm warning to Worcester Count and west. (Me living in Worcester coutny) Nothing big, they didn't talk about it much. Jst some sleet and it would be cold at night. So, Thursday nigh, I stayed up late because I knew there wasn't going to be any school the next day. When I finally woke up in the morining, I rolled over to see what time it was. It was no time o'clock. I went downstairs and we had NO POWER!! M parents had light up some candles.
We had no power, no water, like no food, but we had heat. That's better than some people. Since the power went down, the heat went down.. Thankfully for us,  we had a woodstove, so we could keep it going. Friday was the longest day of  my LIFE!!I couldn't use my cell phone, because the cell tower was down. My iPod was low on battery, so I couldn't listen to it. I couldn' t do ANYTHING!! Me and my little sibs played some boared games. It only took up three hours. I went outside and took some pictures of the trees. It was amazing, the ice had covered and frozen everything. here was a birch tree that had folded over, and was touching the ground. The grass looked like little fingers.
I helped my dad move branches and parts of trees out of the road. Because some dumbasses didn't want to get out of their freakin cars to move it. The power lines had snapped, and people were driving over them, and if they weren't snapped, they were driving through them, like they were scrapping across their windshield, and then the roofs of the car. I was like, DUMBIES!!! What if that line was alive?! They would of been eletrecuted!!
Some guy in the town over was cutting a branch that was on a line. When the tree came off, the line wiped down, and snapped the guys' neck. His head was basically ripped off, but he still had a pulse. For 15 minutes.
My grandma took us to a hotel closer to Boston. It looks like a storm didn't even come, like nothing even happened. It just rained here. So in two hotel rooms, we have me, my two little sibs, my mum, my grandma, my aunt, and my two little cousins. But I feel really lucky. I mean, we have heat, food, water, a nice place to sleep and everything. A lot of the people in town were I live, are at the high school for survival. The school had heat and electricity and food and water.
It's scary when you really think about it. I mean, we have the National Guard helping us. People all over the North East are here helping. Like people from New York and Penn. It's really dangerous. I mean, I live pretty far out in the town that I live in. We have this famous prep school downtown, called Cushing. And that was they're first priortiy was to bring power back there for those poor people who haven't even seen snow before. They're are kids from around the world that go to that school.
My mum just called my dad, and we still don't have any power. It's been 72 hours. We might have to wait till Tuesday before the power comes back. They have new poles up in the neighborhood, its the matter of fixing the lines.
I'll see if I can post up the pictures that I took later. If we ever get cable back.

Spike and Angel, President Roslin and Gaius Baltar, Harry and Hermione—shippers often find pairings that the original author might have overlooked. What coupling of fictional characters would you most like to see?

View 503 Answers

OMFA!!! MALFOY AND HERMIONE!!! FROM HARRY POTTER!!! LMAO
But seriously, perfect match.
Opposite families. (Muggle born, pure blood)
Opposite houses (Gryfindor, Slythierin)
Malfoy is, I guess "bad" while Hermione is 'good.'
And Malfoy deserves a happy ending too! I mean, we don't even know who the hell he marries!
And I just don't like Ron.

Why? Why! WHY?!?!
My older brother, Ryan, is back in the hospital, AGAIN. I swear he just got out.
He has Cystic Fibrosis.
A defective gene and its protein product cause the body to produce unusually thick, sticky mucus that:
  • clogs the lungs and leads to life-threatening lung infections; and
  • obstructs the pancreas and stops natural enzymes from helping the body break down and absorb food.
It's just so hard for us, he's always in. And everytime he comes out, he's skinnier, and skinnier and paler. I swear, one of these days he's going to turn to the side and I'm not going to see him. He's going to be like Flat Stanley.
Its just hard to see him after we eat, the few times he comes over for supper. (He lives with his girlfriend) He has a bottle full of pills that he has to take so his body can break down the food. He just has to take so many of them, its horrible to watch him take them. I almost want to gag.
*Sigh*

Thanksgiving night,  a night that everyone of the Oakmont  communitly (Oakmont being the high school that I go to) will remember.
That was a night where one of our teachers had died. His name was Mr. Carey and we was a History teacher.
He had cancer, and had been battling it for a while. And he past away.
We held a memorial service in his name, and it was so sad. People sang and gave speeches.
There was this one girl who could barley finish her speech. She just cried and cried and cried. It was so sad that I wanted
to cry.
When we first got there I looked up into the crowd of students and saw Ryan at the top (A.K.A the fag) and I got all blah. Then I got mad at myself. I was like yelling at myself in my head.
'THIS IS NOT A TIME TO BE THINKING ABOUT STUFF THAT YOU LIKE! YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE MOURNING SOMEONE! NOW FORGET THAT HE'S EVEN HERE AND LISTEN TO MR. SMITH TALK!!!' like that, except there were more... creative words put in.

It was just so sad. Our whole community has been affected by it, just like when Jordyn was killed.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
You know how many times I woke up in the morning, thinking it was Christmas to only find out that it was only Thanksgiving. It was such a dissapointment.
I won't say that Thanksgiving was terrible, because it had its good parts, but I've been to better.  Especially at my Nana's. I had to sit next to my cousin Ben, and my Mum just had to bring up Ryan. And my face went bright red.
You know what's awkward? While my mum was talking about me liking Ryan (which I still do, but not that much.) My older brother, who's name is RYAN, was so confused. He brought his girlfriend with him, Jess, and she is so nice. Except for the fact that she's really quiet. On the right side of her chest, above her cleavage (XD) were stars. They were tattooed, and in different colors. It looked really cool. It was funny because she kept trying to cover it up, because my Nana does not like tattoos at all. I wonder what she's going to say when I finally get one...
It didn't feel like Thanksgiving at all for me. Maybe its because I didn't eat that much. Since I was sick on Monday (I was throwing up anything I ate, and it felt like someone was stabbing me in the back) I didn't eat much. I didn't want to puke it all up again. Which would be really gross.
Hahaha I watched The Rocky Horror Picture Show. So today, I just had to buy the song Time Warp, and I'm going to try to learn the dance. XD
